Q1. What is your return policy?

You can find a link at the bottom at the product page where you can read the
complete agreement. But in short, we allow returns for products that is not digital    downloads.

Q2. What are the shipping options?
 All products have free delivery, we use standard freight by US POST.

Q3. When will I receive my order?
It depends on the product and the destination. you can read more about it at US POST, we strive to ship out in less than 5 days.

Q4. What do I do if I never received my order?
You contact us by using the contact form and we will assist you in finding the problem. When you place an order, you will have confirmation by mail, also when the product is shipped to you.

Q5. What do I do if I receive a defective order?
You contact us and we will sort out the problem by refunding the product after we receive the faulty one.

Q6. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
You can contact us before 12 hours have gone since you placed the order, and we can cancel it. After 12 hours your order has gone into production.

All printing is done in the United States, different places depending on your location and type of product ordered.

Q9. How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Everything is sourced within the United States.

Q10. What about taxes for the product ordered?
The local taxes are included in the listed product price, you do not pay more than the listed price.

Q11. What can I do if I do not find the medium, I prefer to the chosen motif?
You contact us and we will create the product that you are looking for, with the right medium, the right size, and the right motif. Everything is possible.

Q12. Are you shipping worldwide?
No, only within the United States.

Q13. Are there any number limits in your printed products?
Yes, we only produce 30 copies of each product.

Q14. Do you sell your products somewhere else?
No, but we are marketing some products on Facebook, Pinterest, fine art Amerika, and more.

Q15. Do you recommend any special products and why?
Canvas posters because they are more durable than paper and easy to clean.
Metallic prints because they are durable and give a great color gamut.
Acrylic prints because they give a great color gamut and are easy to maintain.

Q16. Do you have any information about your products or maintenance?
Yes, you will find a product information page in the top menu.

Q17. What shall I do if I find a motif that I want, but it is not in the medium I prefer or the size that I prefer?
You only contact us, and we will arrange the product that you prefer. You will find more information on the menu About/product information. 

Q18. How can I get my FREE digital download as promised for the subscription?
Every Sunday we will send a mail to our subscribers and show some new art for the week, and also the weekly free download. In that newsletter you also get the code needed for the free download.
